We would like to welcome you to Women's Council of Associated Real Property Brokers. As an organization we are very proud of our accomplishments and excited to have your join us as a new or renewing member.

Broker Member

Any person who at the time of the application for membership is licensed by the State Department of Real Estate as a real estate broker. They are actively engaged in the real estate business as the designated or employing broker of such business. This level also requires membership with our local Oakland NAREB Chapter.   

Salesperson Member

Any person who at the time of the application for membership is licensed by the State Department of Real Estate as a real estate salesperson and is employed by a broker. This level also requires membership with our local Oakland NAREB Chapter. 

Affiliate Member

Any person who is in a real estate related profession, occupation, or trade. This level also requires membership with our local Oakland NAREB Chapter. 

General Member

Any person who supports the mission of the organization and wants to actively assist in achieving those goals. A General Member does not have voting rights if not also a member of the local Oakland NAREB Chapter.
